• How to proceed with an order for LEDs?

  1. let us know your requirements or application.
  2. We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
  3. Customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
  4. We arrange the production.

• How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

  A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also can be an option.

• Can you accept OEM and ODM order?

  A: Yes. We are able to complete your OEM and ODM orders. We have large quantities of led products in stock for normal models. For special models, it will take some time to customize them.

• Could you please send me the free sample, so that I could see and check its quality?

  A: Yes. We can send you free samples first, if the value is low. But our clients should pay for the shipping freight themselves. Samples fee needs to be charged if the value is high.
